Shellharbour: Thursdays 1pm - 1:45pm (Welcome to stay for cuppa and cake after.)

Free cuppa and cake after each class for those that wish to stay!

10-week Terms: 

2025

• Term 1: February 6th - April 10th 
• Term 2: May 1st - July 3rd 
• Term 3: July 24th - September 25th
• Term 4:  October 16th -December 18th

 $20 per class casual visit.
$150 for 10 week term.
Private Health Insurance rebates available or claimable through Home Care Packages (if applicable.)
Cash or card facilities available 

Wear comfortable, covered-in shoes. Arrive with enough time to be ready to start at the advertised time.

People with a cognitive impairment that cannot follow instructions are not suitable for these classes.

Participants may have a carer along for assistance.
