Angela is an experienced physiotherapist with a diverse and rich career that spans across Australia and the UK, in public and private settings. She graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Charles Sturt University. She has since gained extensive expertise in various areas of physiotherapy, including orthopedics, acute medicine, emergency care, and now focuses on diabetic foot problems and hand therapy.
Throughout her career, Angela has also specialized in falls prevention and aged care, with a particular emphasis on home safety and mobility. Her passion for improving the quality of life for her patients has made her a valued professional in the healthcare community.
Outside of her professional life, Angela is known for her impressive baking skills, delighting our participants with homemade cakes and slices each week. A mother of three active boys, she is always on the go, often found keeping up with them on mountain biking and ski adventures. Angela loves the outdoors and is an avid adventurer, frequently embarking on multi-day hiking trips in the wilderness with her husband and boys. Her dynamic combination of clinical expertise, a love for baking, and genuine care for patients makes Angela a well-rounded and cherished individual in both her professional and personal life.

Emily's career began in the public health sector with NSW Health, where she worked across various areas including orthopaedics, rehabilitation, and acute post-operative care. Over the years, her experience broadened as she transitioned into her current role in Chronic Disease Management within the community, where she focuses on helping individuals manage long-term health conditions.
Throughout her career, Emily has developed a strong passion for working with older populations. She is particularly committed to empowering her patients to maintain their independence and enhance their overall wellbeing by staying fit and strong through tailored exercise programs. With a deep belief in the positive impact of physical activity on health, Emily works diligently to support older people in maintaining mobility, reducing the risk of falls, and improving their overall health outcomes.
Outside of her professional life, Emily can often be found running around the Kiama Harbour at 5am, swimming in the local rockpool, or enjoying a well-earned cup of coffee. She loves spending time outdoors with her family, appreciating the simple joys of nature.
